Red wine of bright deep purplish red color, with spiced mature red fruit aromas. It is straightforward on the palate, with firm tannins and good body. It is an intense, strong and expressive wine, with a pleasant vegetal character. Voluptuous, fresh, with a persistent finish and a coffee aftertaste

Recommended pairings

This wine goes very well with dry pasta with filetto and Bolognese sauce, roast chicken with potatoes and sweet potatoes, pizzas and empanadas.

Winemaking

Handpicking, selection of clusters, de-stemming and grain selection. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C with selected yeasts. When alcoholic fermentation is completed, it is aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Lightly filtered while bottled.
