La Linda · Syrah
Red wine of deep purplish red color, with macerated fruit and spiced aromas. It is straightforward and fluid on the palate, with grip and good body. It is an intense and expressive wine, easy to drink and fresh, with distinctive character and incipient tannins. Pleasant typical characteristics and a persistent finish marked by spices.

This wine goes very well with roast meat with potatoes and vegetables, stews and hard cheeses.
Handpicking, selection of clusters, de-stemming and grain selection. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C with selected yeasts. When alcoholic fermentation is completed, it is aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Lightly filtered while bottled.
