Red wine of bright purplish red color, with expressive and very fruity aromas and spiced touches. It is straightforward on the palate, with incipient tannins that provide character. It is an intense wine with good volume, fresh and juicy on the palate and comfit and toasted soft dry fruit touches. It has a persistent and pleasant finish.

This wine goes very well with pasta with mushroom sauce, chicken rice and lamb ragu.
Handpicking, selection of clusters, de-stemming and grain selection. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C with selected yeasts. When alcoholic fermentation is completed, it is aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Lightly filtered while bottled.
