Young white wine with bright steel tones and golden highlights, of intense and expressive floral and stone fruit aromas, such as apricot and peach. It is unctuous, strong and refreshing on the palate, with good volume. It is a full-bodied wine of remarkable typical characteristics, agile and consistent in the mouth, with a pleasant finish.

This wine goes very well with pink salmon dishes, pasta with creamy sauce and vegetable risottos.
Selection of clusters, de-stemming and manual grain selection. Grapes are chilled and pressed in the pneumatic press during four hours. Decanted in tanks for 24-48 hours. Fermentation is conducted at a controlled temperature of 15°C with selected yeasts until the process is completed. Stabilized, lightly filtered and bottled.
