Luigi Bosca · Cabernet - Malbec is a deep and bright ruby red wine. It has balanced aromas, with spicy and smoked notes as a result of its ageing in oak barrels. It is smooth and expressive in the mouth, with firm tannins. Sharp, juicy and well-bodied in the mouth, with a fresh herby character. With a very spicy and long finish and ripe red fruit hints, this blend reflects the best of each vine with its classic style.

Ideal to enjoy with a Patagonian rosemary rack of lamb or stuffed pasta with mushroom sauce and spices.
The two varieties are vinified separately exactly the same way. The grapes are hand-picked in boxes from 18 to 20 kilograms, clusters are selected, then they are destemmed and after that the best grains are chosen. The must is macerated in cold for 5 to 7 days at a temperature from 10°C to 15°C. Then it is fermented with selected yeasts in stainless-steel tanks with delestages and pressings. Once fermentation is finished, the two varieties are aged in oak barrels where their malolactic fermentation occurs and it is matured for 12 months. After completing the ageing process, the final blend is done, after that they are stabilized, filtered and bottled. It is stored in the winery for at least six months before market release.
