Comments by the winemaker

Luigi Bosca Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine that shows the potential and ability of our terroirs located in Maipú and Luján de Cuyo to grow the Cabernet Sauvignon variety in a comprehensive and harmonious way. This is reflected in this wine’s black fruit notes, sweet spices and soft tannins, as well as in its freshness. The harvest point is essential to strike the balance of the fruity expression and the maturity of their peel. The winemaking process focuses on fully obtaining the aromas, color and tannins in a balanced way. Finally, the ageing process in oak barrels provides complexity, smoothness and elegance.
