Chardonnay

Luigi Bosca • Chardonnay is an intense yellow and bright white wine with green hues. It has balanced aromas, with white fruit, yeast and smooth toasted notes provided by its ageing process. It is fresh and fat in the mouth, clean and gentle in the palate, with great volume, robust textures and an expressive and delicate character. Long and creamy finish with a floral touch, this is one of Argentina’s emblem varieties.

Ideal to enjoy fish and seafood such as canned tuna with sautéed rice and vegetables, or salmon sashimi.

Winemaking

Handpicking. Destemming and manual selection of grains. Pressed using the whole bunch and decanted in tanks during 24 hours. Fermentation is conducted in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C with selected yeasts. Part of the wine completes alcoholic fermentation and 6 months ageing in French oak barrels, and the rest in tanks. Finally, the blend is made from both varieties, carefully strained and bottled
