Luigi Bosca · Del Alma is a bright yellowish white blend with steely hues. It has balanced and expressive aromas, with white and citrus fruit notes. It is fresh, strong and deep in the mouth. Clean and voluptuous in the palate, with vibrant textures and a well-defined fruity character. Well-bodied and a persistent finish with floral touches. It is an original white blend with its own marked personality.

Perfect to enjoy with grilled fatty fish as dorado or surubí with potatoes and vegetables.


Grapes are manually harvested in 18 to 20 kilogram-boxes. After that, clusters are selected and subsequently pressed. Must is naturally cold clarified for 20 hours. Then it is fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Once the alcoholic fermentation concludes, wine is stored with its fine lees for four months. Finally, the wine is blended, stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Ageing in barrels

It is not aged in barrels.
