Luigi Bosca · Merlot is a deep and bright ruby red wine with balanced and expressive aromas, sweet spice, dry fruit and smoked notes as a result of its ageing in oak barrels. It is gentle and voluptuous in the mouth, with delicate tannins. It is clean and fresh in the palate, with a well-defined mature character and a harmonious finish with a vegetal touch. A classic wine that reflects its varietal typicity.

Recommended pairings

Great to pair with Patagonian lamb with baked potatoes and thyme, or a Creole fillet with potatoes and eggs.


Handpicking, selection of clusters and destemming. Fermentation is conducted in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C with selected yeasts. After the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Lightly filtered while bottled.
