Pinot Noir

Luigi Bosca Pinot Noir is a bright ruby red wine. It has intense and balanced aromas, with black fruit and spicy notes. Ideal to enjoy with capelletti stuffed with ham and Parmesan cheese with olive or pork milanesas with mashed sweet potatoes.

Winemaking

Handpicking, selection of clusters, destemming and manual grain selection. Fermentation is conducted in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C with selected yeasts. After the alcoholic fermentation is completed, part of the of the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for eight months. Lightly filtered while bottled.

The wine is partially aged in French oak barrels during eight months.
