Made using grapes from low-yield vines, harvested at the proper degree of ripeness. Bunches are carefully chosen and destemmed; after that, grapes are pressed after undergoing a cold maceration process for four to six hours. The grape juice obtained is poured in tanks for 24 hours. After that, it is fermented in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 16°C, with yeasts selected for the purposes of intensifying and preserving the fruits freshness. Once the alcoholic fermentation process is concluded, wine is kept on high-quality deposits before the final blend.
