La Linda Brut Nature is a Chardonnay and Semillón-based golden sparkling wine with greenish hints. It has expressive and balanced white fruit aromas with ripe aftertastes and it is fresh and lively on the palate, with persistent bubbles. A voluptuous and refreshing, vigorous and full-bodied wine, with an integrated finish and a pronounced fruity character.

Vineyards Produced with grapes grown in estate vineyards located in Maipú and Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza.
Altitude Between 780 meters and 900 meters.

It pairs well with seafood, ceviche and white fish tiraditos, as well as fajitas with hot sauces.

Winemaking

Cosecha, selección de racimos y descobajado. Las uvas son enfriadas y luego puestas en prensas neumáticas. El mosto obtenido es decantado y una vez limpio se fermenta en cubas de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada de 16°C con levaduras seleccionadas. Finalizada la fermentación se realiza el corte final del vino base, con partes iguales de Chardonnay y Semillón. Este vino base realiza su segunda fermentación en tanques, en los que pasa 30 días en contacto con las levaduras. Una vez terminada la toma de espuma se adiciona azúcar utilizando un jarabe de elevada concentración, conocido como licor de expedición, que define la categoría de espumante Brut Nature. Finalmente se tapa con un corcho y se coloca el bozal.
